Lobbies
Here is a listing of other lobby client projects that we know of.
Java-based, made by AF, starting to be pretty good.
- TASClient
Delphi-based and the official lobby client for windows. Works in linux under wine.
- UnityLobby
Abandoned since 2007/04/16. Python-based. Very old sources are in official spring svn repository.
- omni
Abandoned since 2006/04/24. Python-based. Sources are in official spring svn repository.
- still other lobbies?
If there are, they either haven't published any releases, or I don't know about them.
Quick Analysis
Basically there are 3 projects that are alive: ours, AF's and the official one. Since the official one is just for windows, and uses a language/environment that is pretty rare nowadays, SpringLobby and AFLobby are the two lobbies that have real potential.
