"Interesting" battles announce

Alert in chat when "interesting" battles are in battle list.

how about some score system; for example somebody's presence adds 5 points to it and when/if this score reaches 10, user gets announced
possibly, make it adaptive, and each time user joins suggested battle, adds 1 point to every user in the battle and raise the necessary score for alerting
maybe make it behind-the-scenes, so that the user mustn't deal with these micro details
