Set default faction to random

ARM seems to more popular then CORE (even outside BA) perhaps this is simply because ARM is default? I suggest randomizing faction whenever the lobby starts.(Or what the default is the first time the lobby is started.) Hopefully that will make it clearer what faction people really prefer and whether factions are balanced.

PS if you do this avoid bugs such as 'factions' like 'backup' become one of the randomized outcomes. (Don't know what 'backup' actually does, btw.)
