Is SL connecting correctly to p2p tracker backups?

Description

Im not sure if it does, we put main server down due to HW upgrade and number of clients connected to backup-tracker.licho.eu is significantly lower.

Main server is back online and backup server is backup-tracker.licho.eu
(It auto starts if main server fails)
