Menu, mouse cursor and all effects get lost after a while

Description

When playing Balanced Anihilation 6.21 for both Arm and Core the menu, mouse cursor and all effects (laser shooting) get lost after a while.

I am able see only the menu, cursor when commander or some other unit has orders queue and I am holding shift key. When the queue is over the interface and mouse cursor is gone again.
