Hide Player ID from the user and make ally teams obvious

Description
Player ID should be replaced with a "spawn point" terminology, and it should only be visible if the player needs to see it - namely, in a fixed positions game.
"Ally number" should be changed to "Team", as this is more intuitive for most players (and, in fact, is the way other games do it).
However, both teams and co-op should be presented to the user visually. Rather than dumping players into an unordered list, they should be sorted by team and by whether or not they are comm-sharing.
Comm-sharing players should be highlighted with some unique color to make it very obvious, and there should be an obvious way to disable comm sharing, such as right clicking on a players name and selecting "do not comm share with this player."
